Parameters:

jmsProviderUrl - = for instance "tcp://127.0.0.1:3035/"

jmsDestination - = for instance "queue1"

jmsFactoryLookupName - = for instance "org.exolab.jms.jndi.InitialContextFactory" (OpenJMS)

Throws:

IllegalArgumentException - if passed parameters are null or empty.
