Parameters:

repository - the system model repository

timeunit - the used time unit, e.g., NANOSECONDS

ignoreInvalidTraces - set whether invalid traces should be ignored (true), or the filter must terminate (false)

maxTraceDuration - max time duration for a trace, if null Long.MAX_VALUE
